Peoples Flower Shops Northeast Heights Location

I had a mixed experience that ended on a high note thanks to the Montgomery team. I scheduled a pickup at this Eubank location with over 48 hours' notice for a 3 PM pickup, but when I arrived, the shop was closed. It was disappointing not to receive any communication regarding the closure. However, I called the Montgomery location, and they were incredibly supportive. Despite the last-minute notice, they put together a beautiful boutonniere with a special touch. I’ll definitely be returning to the Montgomery shop for their excellent service!

Picked up two corasages and they were not what i expected or what was described. One was supposed to be red, both were supposed to have red roses. Instead I got them both with 3 tiny white roses, a spec of babies breath and one blue and one white ribbon. Not worth the 30+ dollars that they charged me with. Very disappointed and now i don't have time to get the correct ones before the event they were intended for. I will never order from here again.

I stopped in to buy floral tape and they offered it and told me it would be $20 a roll. I left and drove up the block to dollar tree (I think it took me 2 minutes to get there) and bought the same roll for $1.88 with tax. I understand marking items up and having to make money, but this is kind of ridiculous. Picture of tape from dollar tree.

Want to support a local business but was extremely disappointed with the floral arrangement, felt ripped off. Delphiniums are expensive flowers. Carnations, chrysanthemums & alstroemerias are generally considered to be affordable, are often priced lower than other popular options like roses or lilies, and are used as “filler” flowers. I understand a business needs to make a profit. BUT. Would you pay $118.35 total for this?

For my wedding I was looking for flower arrangements that would be VERY budget friendly!! I had spoke with other florists who were going to charge an arm and a leg, and were lacking in the customer service area!!! I got to the point where I was going to just make my own arrangements to save money but then I thought I would call Peoples Flowers to just see what their pricing was like. A florist/Manager by the name of Dustie (who worked at the Constitution location) took my call and was so friendly and professional. I let her know my budget and she asked me what kind of flowers I wanted, colors, etc. She assured me she would do her research and find a way that she can make beautiful flower arrangements that would be within my budget. She followed through and exceeded my expectations! I also ended up having her do my bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages as well!!! When everything was delivered to the venue I was soooo pleased!!! They were beautiful! Dustie has excellent customer service, and made me feel that my day was important! She paid such attention to detail, communicated with me so well, and tailored my flowers perfectly!!!!! Dustie definitely stands out as a stellar flori
